My mortgage company was sold to New Rez and I transferred in Nov. They have provided the worst customer service experience EVER. They send notifications that escrow may be short, you send the addtl escrow funds and they still hike up your monthly - then why do I bother sending addt funds if it's going up anyway? On top of it they applied funds incorrectly and no one could fix it until 2 months later.

Absolutely the worst. If your mortgage gets bought by these idiots quickly refinance to another bank! The only company where their automated system has more brains than the workers.
