WORST EXPERIENCE and the nightmare continues! This is a deceptive company capturing inquiries intended for North American VanLines. We are still waiting for our delivery of our one bedroom apartment. Don’t let the call center fool you. We went over and over the estimate with my engineer husband keeping a total of every box and item to load. Upon loading our small less than 1000 square foot urban apartment the driver DOUBLED the estimate and we were charged double paying by credit card. For more than two weeks they couldn’t find our load and then told us they couldn’t find a driver for one California to Oregon relocation. An unidentified person called us to tell us they were our driver and that we had to have $4000 more in cash upon delivery! I have reported the company to both California and Florida state attorney generals offices and the better business bureau. This is also interstate fraud which is a federal offense. My husband and I thought we were working with North American VanLines and this is NOT them but a poser. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay triple the estimate with no service or your home goods. We have yet to receive our delivery.

I can’t say enough good things about North American Van Lines - Ray the Mover! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. From John who did the inventory to Kirk, Ray and the crew who loaded all our belongings and packed a few large items for us. Phenomenal group of people! Kind, considerate, and respectful. Can’t go wrong with Ray the Mover of Naples!

I would highly recommend Michael at Ray the mover in Naples Florida. His estimate was accurate and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Also highly recommend Moving team of TJ and Travis. They were hard-working, on-time, courteous and helpful. They are an asset to the North American Van lines team.

Having used professional moving services more than a half dozen times with our relocations, the customer experience working with Michael and Michelle from Ray the Mover as the origin agent to Chris the North American driver along with his origination and destination crews loading and unloading our household items was indeed the best ever!There are not enough words to describe how each of these individuals made our move as smooth as could be expected! Special thanks go out to Chris, our driver to his meticulous attention to detail and his amazing knowledge of our items being able to locate them during inventory check.If your needing to relocate from SW Florida, I will highly recommend starting with Ray the Mover and North American Moving Services!
