Ray the Mover did a great job in our move from Naples to Virginia. They packed the kitchen (no breakage)! The unload was great as well.... would not hesitate to recommend!!!

Terrific service from load to unload. Everything was efficient and personnel very professional. Delivery came 8 days after pickup! I couldn’t have had a better relocation experience!

This company gave our elderly parents a near heart attack with the way they handled everything. Shipment was delayed by over 1.5 months, and when they finally showed up, they brought a massive truck despite clear instructions not to—damaging the driveway, mulch, and landscape lighting in the process.
To make matters worse:
• Our belongings were lost in transit
• They kept changing delivery dates
• The delivery came in random installments, not as promised
• We had to cancel travel plans and lost money on two separate airline tickets just to be available for partial deliveries
We gave all the details and instructions upfront, but they were completely ignored. Please, even if it costs a little more, go with another company. The stress and damage are just not worth it.

We had a bedrooms worth of stuff to move. They were great to work with and our property was in great condition when delivered. I’ll use them again!

Great driver, very easy to communicate with. . Load was done early so our load was delivered a day early. The estimate was exactly what the final price was. This was a no hassle transaction. I’d use them again.

Our experience with Ray the Mover and the North American driver (Johnny) was wonderful. Michael and Michelle from Ray the Mover were responsive to all communication and communicated the quote and subsequent driver assignment in a very timely manner and the move itself went exactly as planned. The price was tremendous as well.

This was a very smooth experience from to bid process all the way through the delivery and unload. Truck driver (Trey) was awesome to work with along with both laid/unload crews. Very professional and you can tell they went through the training
