This Office Depot is the best! Stacy was especially amazing! Came here in a rush to look for a box to ship a few books and she helped me find a usps flat rate shipping envelope. Thought that would be it, but was able to ship ALL 13 of my Christmas packages on a really tight time schedule. I will use this store any time I’m shipping during a busy time at the post office! I can’t thank them enough for getting that done!

My experience in this office is terrible, I paid online to print business cards that I would pick up the same day. When I went to the store to pick them up. There was only one Customer Service attending to this part and several people waiting. Nobody knew how to explain it to me. I came back the next day and they told me that my order went to another store in another city and that she was too busy and couldn't help me.Today I called to find out where my order is and Customer Service left me on hold for a long time and never came back because according to him he had many customers. Terrible work, terrible attention, no one was friendly. Just a young man who was at the register the first day.Lack of Professionalism.HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK.Provide Training the Customer Service.

Conveniently located in Naples, FL, in a plaza that is full with an excellent selection of retail stores, providing excellent customer service, great deals on office, and other business and stationary supplies. Well organized and clean store. A convenient Fedex Express drop box inside, with printing and other services available at the service counter. The staff is friendly, with excellent attitude and knowledge about products when asked. They went the extra mile to get the info I needed, quick and efficient.
