“Absolutely 5 Star! Mike did the work for me on schedule and timely. The charge for a water pump replacement was less than half what another shop I'd went to wanted to charge (this after the other shop totally ripped me off for unesscessary repairs and never fixed the main issue I brought it in for! ...Lets just say their name is "Made my wallet sad" ....) . I have found my new mechanic for my 95 Jeep YJ ! Mike knows his Jeeps! . Highly Recommended. Note to all: Mike makes appointments and it may take a week to get in because he's busy....but if a shop can get you in next day' don't fall for it! Its like while traveling go to where the truckers all are because its the best food....There's a reason Mike and the gang are busy! WORTH IT!”
“I can’t say enough good things about this auto repair shop. When my 2009 Honda Accord needed an intake manifold, even Honda themselves couldn’t deliver the part to get the job done. Zakk and the entire team went above and beyond to track it down and get me back on the road.

“Best Vavoline I've ever been to. Everyone was courtious and working together. The young employee that was my coustomer service rep was clear and consise. Even though he was learning the Manager helped him out as a trainer vs. a manager talking down to his employee. All the other bays were also being worked in-sync. ( nothing to do but look around) I had my Oil as well as my Transmission serviced and my drive home was like driving a new car. I will now ensure that I use and tell others about this Valvoline from now on. !!”
“My Camry had been leaking air in one of it's tires and I had taken it to multiple places, none of which could find the problem. I took it to Jap Tech and Mark not only found the problem, explained it to me, and fixed the problem, but also found the same problem in the other three tires and fixed them too. Mark was very down to earth and personable and charged me a fair price. The waiting room was quite cozy too. Thank you so much Mark!”

It took Brian 30 seconds to have my top functioning automatically. Unlike MB of Naples who wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount for something that took 30 seconds! If I lived in the area this would be my mechanic!!!”
“These guys really saved us! Highly recommended.We were passing through the area when we heard our sprinter van making some weird noises. It’s Saturday, we drove and called around to see if anyone can have a quick look and tell us what it could be and if it would be SAFE for us to drive to our destination which is 4 hours away.Every place we called/stopped by told us that they can’t even LOOK at the car until Monday, let alone fix whatever is wrong with it. We literally went down the list of automotive places nearby. We exhausted hours and things were looking bleak.We called the number to South Naples Automotive explained our situation and they told us to come in and they will look at it right away! Problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and they looked for the parts needed. There was none nearby but we were able to get it from Ft. Meyer’s. The mechanic offered to stay late to fix our van so we can get safely on the road again.They did an excellent job and was very reasonable. Honest quality work by friendly good people. If I lived here, I would take my cars to them.”

“My normal location had a line, this one is 2 minutes down the road. Same awesome fast service. A little hard to figure out the entrance but it's fine. My company uses a fleet service so I don't know prices, but the service is fast and good.”

“As the Office Manager for DuctZ of Naples and Bonita Springs, part of my duties include arranging for our work vans to receive the service they need, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the A/C system in our vehicles. In this hot and humid weather that we have, it's important for our teams to ride in a dependable and cooled vehicle. The Service Team, The Jeffs (Novak and Hauser), Curtis and Nick out front, and the unnamed team in the service bays out back...we wouldn't be back out on the road with our nice A/C without you! Thank you for your hard work and investigative nature. Because of this team, we have our van back and we can now go clean some more air ducts!!! Lol (shameless plug, I know!) “Great service! I will be honest I never use Walmart for pretty much anything. I went to Tire Kingdom down the street first and they told me it would take till the end of day to get my car back to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I left. Went to Walmart Auto and spoke to Wilcy and he told me my car would be done in 2 hours. I did receive text message updates every 30 minutes. My car was done in 1.5 hours. I was in and out there no wait time. It was great! Thank you Wilcy super friendly guy highly recommend talking to him.”
