Excellent advice on tires I bought at OK Tire and they will honor road hazard I got in 2024. Also will do same maintenance checks for my car at a lower price than dealer (as OK Tire did). Looks like seamless transition to now Tuffy's.

Manager doesn't care about the customer! He has a bad attitude always angry and even talks down to his mechanics . If he doesn't like you he will just put your car out on the street and tell you to come and pick it up. That guy shouldn't be working there he should stay home. That place would work way better with out him there! You will see if you ever go.

Set up an appointment and specific time. When I arrived I was told for the first time that I would have to leave the car for the day. When I said I didn’t know that the owner looked at all the tickets, pointed at them and said “do you see all the cars I have here.” Wow! Disrespectful to a first and last time customer. Might be helpful to take a customer service class.

They are a total rip off!! I would give a negative 5 stars but that's not an option. They lie about the work being done on your auto and when confronted they get angry and disrespectful.

This Shops level of service amazes me. Pat and his team always go beyond their call of duty to service their customers. They are always very busy but do their very best to get you in as soon as possible.
