I love the studio, however for the $180 a month, the customer service is lacking. I was charged 3x for a challenge that I signed up for. As well as charged for someone else's water, that was assumed to be mine and charged to my account. Luckily I caught it on my cc statement.I was charged a late fee for a class I thought I had attended, apparently I had signed up for the class that was an hr prior.. so on top of my unlimited membership I was charged for the class. My mistake. I also rushed to a class after picking up my kids. Running 5 min and 30 seconds late per their clock and their 5 min policy, (my phone said i was 4 min late) so they would not allow me to attend.Clearly they can make errors and there is no repercussion but if you make a mistake that is on you, per their policy. There are better options in Naples to attend group classes without such rigid, unforgiving staff.

Even though my home gym is in Cranston, RI, I often travel to Naples Florida and frequent the OTF on Airport Pulling Rd. I would like to commend the trainers at this particular OTF. Mike, Steven and Jordan are EXCELLENT trainers. They are all clear, direct and pay attention to every single person in the class! They are to be recognized by management! A true asset to OTF!

In looking for a change to my workout routine, I decided to try Orangetheory and I am so glad I did. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I like the pace and the amount of cardiovascular activity. I prefer to start with rowing and end with the treadmill, both are excellent CV machines. So far I have had 3 different coaches and they were all top notch - professional, encouraging, and knowledgeable and they genuinely care about their clients. I definitely recommend giving OT a try!

I have been going to Orange T since 2015. I have visited other studios and I cannot praise this studio enough. The manager, Marissa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable recently and deserves high praise. The work out is brilliant, the coaches and staff cannot be matched.

I highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone looking to revamp their fitness routine. I am a former athlete that spent years of my life doing intense workouts and once I stopped it was so hard for me to get established and motivated in a regular box gym. Orangetheory changed that. the workouts are a great challenge that target all areas of the body and can be modified to any level of fitness. The atmosphere is my favorite, where the coaches are high energy and very welcoming. The music is great and I enjoy the healthy competition across members. This gym keeps me accountable and has me excited for my workout! Coaches Mike, Justin, Beverly, and Steven are the best! Aaron, Mario, and Marissa at the front desk are so friendly too. I love this place!

All of the staff were very helpful and positive, and the workout was killer! We did a stretching session at the end which was relaxing too. Would highly recommend this studio as a great place to exercise. Go with a friend or s/o!

I was a member for three years and completed 293 classes. I completed two Hell weeks, one Mayhem and won the transformation challenge. I even own a pair of On Clouds... I think this qualifies me to leave a review. The first thing you'll notice is the gym layout is tight. It's currently set up for 36 people at three stations. The treadmills are fine, but the rowers are packed in there. If your neighbor can't put their arms down to their sides or get a little carried away trying to beat a benchmark, you're going to catch some elbows. The weight floor is where it gets rough. If you're doing any kind of bench work you have to stagger the benches and alternate which way your head faces to avoid smacking your neighbor upside the head. It takes even more coordination to use the TRX bands. When you go back for low rows you can easily bump the head of the person across the isle from you. If you do any kind of side stepping they ask you to all face the monitor where you pray to whatever God you believe in that the seams on the lululemon yoga pants don't break on the person in front of you. They have been talking about an expansion for at least two years, but if you look at the new layout plans, they aren't giving more room, just adding more stations. If you're taller or your dating profile uses the terms "Big and Beautiful" this isn't the gym for you. So you may ask, if the gym is so tight, why did you stay for three years? That's a fair question. First, I'm a manlet at only 5' 8" and have been thin my whole life. But the real reason was the coaches. They had amazing coaches when I first started. I used to go six days a week and some days did double classes. The problem started after the ownership change during covid. Unfortunately the good coaches and managers all parted ways and they replaced them with coaches from the second hand store and whoever stayed the longest was promoted to managers. They change front end staff like Henry VIII changed wives. Now I know that sounds harsh, but stick with me here. I was a premium member and paid almost $200 a month. I have some expectations of my coaches. One coach would come in going through some kind of "withdrawals" and would shake the entire class saying how cold it was and wouldn't turn the fans on. The coach's FB page showed they knew how to party. Another coach also enjoys an adult beverage and would come to class hung over. How do I know? The coach would tell you. No speculation here! Sadly, also no shame. Then we have the coach with the high priced education, also told us about, who used to have the best job. The coach obliviously has peaked and must spend their days in menial gym purgatory atoning for whatever prior sins they had committed. That probably explains why this coach spends class time returning text messages at the coach desk while telling us "I like what I see." It's a 52 min class, your text messages can wait, just like all of ours who are taking the class. I'm really surprised they haven't found this coach hanging from a TRX band yet. Lastly is the sadist coach who feels the need to punish everyone. I'm not sure why the coach is so insecure, people say dad bods are in. Maybe the coach just needs a hug. I'm not paying $200 a month to do it, but you can give it a try.
