I was referred here by a friend and local artist who trusts them to ship one of a kind glass pieces and so grateful for the recommendation. Mila and Bo went above and beyond to help me find the best solution to pack and ship a set of ceramic dishes that are very meaningful to me. They talked through all the options, were very patient and invested in helping me. I highly recommend them for any and all shipping needs!

The owners of Pack and Post were so kind and professional. We had some family art work which we needed shipped home, and they packed and shipped it with such care. They were able to find us the most reasonably priced way to ship it too. Don't be fooled by its 5th Ave location, these are genuinely kind people who offer their services at a very reasonable price. They have a big parking lot in the back, too!

Pack and Ship 5th Ave South is our go-to post office. Their store is extremely well- organized, clean , and has post cards, gifts, accessories and beautiful gift shop. The team is welcoming and offers outstanding, friendly and quick customer service! Highly recommend using Pack and Ship 5th Ave South.

I would never recommend that this company pack or move anything that is breakable. I recently shipped north lamps and expensive fishing rods. The lamps were a pair and one of them arrived smashed. The owner was defensive and blamed the “rough handling” by others. While he gave me a $100.00 credit,he was neither gracious or apologetic. In the future I will only use UPS for shipping purposes. (I would also add that one of the rod's eyelets arrived broken as well.)

NO! Came here to get some international stamps so I can ship some things to my family in Canada. The man behind the counter was rude. I asked about the stamps and he was making it seem like I was asking a stupid question. When I noticed he didn't have a mask on I got a little scared away. I said something and he got even more rude. This is how you will lose business. Also a couple of months ago, I had gotten a gift for my niece up in Canada and needed it to be shipped to her. It took forever for the tracking number to be created. Then it gave us a notice that the package was coming back to us. This took 3 extra weeks. It's not their fault entirely, but still not the best experience here. Not sure if I will ever be back. But they do have a nice selection of greeting cards so I'll give them that.

As the new owner of the Pack and Post since January of 2020 I take it personally when a customer states that it was the worst service ever I'd like to know the details , when it happened, why it happened and was the store able to rectify the situation. These reviews can seriously hurt a small business like many others and should be careful in making blanket statements without the operator being able to respond . Therefore, before you take it to Google, Yelp or Tripadvisor please bring your concerns forward , as many small business owners would appreciate the input.

I am the new owner as of January 2017. We strive for the best customer service possible. Our printing price is 50 cents a page for tickets. We ship a lot of custom packages from galleries and stores in Naples a well as regular shipping. We offer custom client services such as mail home pickup/forwarding during off season, ground freight of furniture and personal items, estate packing and just about any request that involves logistical help. We aim to please!!!!!!

The female employee is very friendly and helpful. The male employee has no customer service skills, can be rude at times and makes serious mistakes. Just call the store and speak with him to see for yourself. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and will never go back to this place to ship anything.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! They charged $20 to print four pieces of paper (boarding passes). No mention was made before printing of the ridiculous pricing. Horrible customer service.
