I recently visited a patio furniture store, eager to browse and find something that suited my needs. However, from the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable due to the salesperson's aggressive approach. I barely had a chance to look around before he was asking me repetitive questions and showing me items I wasn't interested in. Instead of allowing me space to explore, it felt like I was being pushed towards a purchase I hadn't even considered yet.
When I politely mentioned that I was going to continue shopping elsewhere, the salesperson responded rudely, with an attitude that made it clear he was annoyed. This kind of behavior isn't conducive to good customer service, and it's likely a reason why there were no other customers in the store. I prefer a shopping experience where I can browse at my own pace and ask for help when needed, not be rushed into decisions.
If the staff had taken a less aggressive approach, allowing me to shop in my own way, I might have stayed longer or even made a purchase. It's important to remember that different customers have different shopping styles, and not everyone wants to be rushed or pressured. Unfortunately, due to the pushy behavior and unprofessional response when I left, I won't be returning.
I see a couple of reviews have Steven being a bit pushy perhaps you can learn from that I didn't and couldn't respond or review on their quality of the furniture because I didn't see much today.

Amazing customer service! I would give them 10 stars. Steve is wonderful to work with as he is very thorough and cares. Their delivery service makes sure you are happy with the delivery. All in all an amazing team to work with. I highly recommend Patio Outlet!!

Very nice employees, excellent selection, great customer service. Plenty of inventory which is difficult to find these days. We have purchased several items and are very pleased.

Service was very good. Selection was a little limited, but to be expected at an outlet. The prices were just too high for the items we were interested in and the quality did not merit the premium price.

We were met by an Air Force Vietnam vet whose fast talking style would have served him well on a used car lot. His friendly style totally knocked us off our usual cautious selfs. We were told he 'would take care of us' even though i was a "swabbie"...he gave us a great deal on a table and chairs...chairs were marked at 255/chair, but he said ignore that, and the table he was able to give us for 500...6 chairs full price was 6 x 255=1530 plus 500..Total $2030...He gave us a special deal at 2,500.00. Of course he did point out the sale was final ..and I didnt bother doing the math, even in my head, until we were a mile down the road. The product in this store is not bad....just dont listen to the salesmanship banter...he did the same to everyone who came in! And dont believe your getting a good deal until you do the math!! This time I got the 'fid' as we used to say on the ship back in the day.
