Spending the weekend in Naples, I went into the lash nail spa. Upon arrival I was asked what did I need? I stated a full set and a pedicure. I was immediately told that they were busy right now and I can come back later while I observe two ladies in the store, I wait around for the same results. However, they were given service and I was not as I am in Naples on business. They will never get mine for the way I was treated.

For just a gel polish change was $30 for toes and $25 for nails!!! JUST A GEL POLISH CHANGE!! Ridiculous!! Have been a customer for over 7 years. Before they were Lush. I have never paid this before. WILL NEVER RETURN!! Even for Naples this is outrageous. A whole set the owner said was $40, then how is it more to just change the polish. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

NO HONOR FOR APPOINTMENTS. I called at 1130am to make an appointment for 4 spoke
To a lady who confirmed twice with my name showed up and was told no one was available today. I showed her the phone call and called the salon while inside to show I had called the correct salon. And refuse to help me
