Perfect Patio & Cushion Factory has over 40 years of knowledge in the cushion and outdoor furniture business, dedicated to helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces. The business offers an amazing selection and custom cushions, with many reporting top quality work and a pleasure to deal with. Service is frequently described as wonderful, with great people who provide unbelievable customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Several reviews highlight that the team cares about customer happiness, quickly looking after mistakes and redoing work to meet expectations. However, other reviews describe experiences as a disaster from start to finish, citing disorganization and incompetence. These reports include significant delays, lost orders, incorrect products, and poor communication, with strong recommendations to avoid the place. The experiences at Perfect Patio & Cushion Factory appear to vary dramatically between highly recommended, seamless service and profoundly frustrating outcomes.
