“Sutherland's is a great place to shop! This well stocked store has everything in the way of supplies and food for horses, dogs, birds, cats and probably a few more animals as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and they are fast about loading hay and feed, you won't wait long. This store is in a convenient location for many customers, so it's easy to stop by and load up. Their prices are competitive too.”
“For $15 it was really a great experience to wash my sister's dog.. they supplied the shampoo the warm water, the heated blower/dryer, unlimited towels... We used like 4 lol... We were also able to stand on a rubber mat, so we didn't slip on the wet floor, which was very smart thinking... The bathtub that you used was raised, so you didn't have to bend over, like you would, in your bathtub, at your house.. I thought that was a convenient feature as well.. The hose has a shower like water coming out and it's good pressure but not rough on your dog... This will be where I take my sister's dog and my dog eventually, but this is the place to do it for sure.. oh, one more thing, The worker that worked there was very nice and explained everything in detail and loved animals, you could tell, he was just a great guy...”

“Amazing experience. My daughter and I have been looking for ferret to join our family. We visited several locations in the area, including this one several times. Everytime we came in the the employees were amazing and interacting with the aminals. We knew they were loved! It was a big purchase and could not be happier with our new baby and the great team at pet supermarket that took care of him everyday.”

“It doesn’t get better. The best products in Southwest Florida. They carry only the finest brands & products for your babies. Clean, raw food, freeze dried foods, healthy treats & much more. Toys, collars & leashes, beds, etc.My cat has a severe poultry allergy & she needs certain food. One in particular they do not carry. They custom order that food for me, text me when it’s delivered & have me on a perfectly timed schedule for when it’s time to pick up more food so I don’t even have to order it anymore. It’s an amazing service. They are super friendly & kind. They even try to find discounts for you if possible. Truly the best place for your pets & the only one in the entire area!”

“Never been the this store but when I called with questions about vaccines for my kitten Ariana was super helpful. Gave me pricing for individual rounds of vaccinations as well as bundle prices! I called Gulf Coast right before initiating calling Naples and I had no help whatsoever instead, the girl had told me to Google the phone number because even that she couldn’t provide me. “Our first time in Hollywood Feed, I knew we’d be back again soon. We went the weekend before Halloween and everyone was in costume - they were doing a giveaway, too! We wandered for a while looking for toys our pit bull puppy wouldn’t go through in a second. A few minutes into browsing “Marge” asked if she could help and stayed with us as she gave recommendation after recommendation (she has a pibble herself). Staff was really welcoming, other pet owners in store were kind, and we got to pet not one but two puppies who were also shopping. A+ - will return soon!”
