I love shopping here they have a great selection and customer service is great way better then the big places like petco etc!!! The only issue I have is the poor betta fish their bowls are so small and some of them are so big it's cruel animal cruelty!!! The bowls are also very dirty looks like it hasn't been clean in weeks!!! Do the right humane thing put those poor fish in even a lil bigger bowl!! PLEASE PLEASE clean those bowls asap!!! Thank you

Amazing experience. My daughter and I have been looking for ferret to join our family. We visited several locations in the area, including this one several times. Everytime we came in the the employees were amazing and interacting with the aminals. We knew they were loved! It was a big purchase and could not be happier with our new baby and the great team at pet supermarket that took care of him everyday.

I have been a customer here, at this location for quite a few years, since their opening. The employees have always been very kind, some more knowledgable than others. The one issue which I noticed was that the pets for sale, particularly the bunnies, looked sickly & their cages were filthy!!! More recently, I have noticed that there has been a huge change! Different staff, and the animals looked a LOT healthier, and their cages were CLEAN!!! Well maintained! About a month ago, I went in to purchase mealworms for my leopard gecko. There was a new girl there named Tammie, who was obviously covering the WHOLE STORE, by herself! I was promptly assisted, and ever since, EVERY time that I've gone into this location, I have noticed a HUGE Difference! I finally bought a Bunny from them. Tammie spent a LOT of time answering ALL of my questions, instructing me on how to care for the Bunny, as well as going around the store helping me to pick out everything that I would need for the Bunny which I was purchasing. She was simultaneously holding down the store, making sure that everyone was being taken care of in the process. I was impressed! I truly hope that this company recognizes her value! This store has had a total turn-around for the better since I've seen this new staff! Thank you, Tammie, for ALL of your assistance, professionalism, & for being a true example of what Customer Service PAR EXCELLENCE truly is!!!

So many items to choose from. My little precious is so excited to have her new tots. I'm happy as well with her healthy shampoo ÷conditioner. Her coat is so soft, healthy and Snell's fresh and clean.
