BEWARE! Watch your bill….. Sale items don’t always make it into the system and staff don’t pay attention…… you will be overcharged!!!! Even more concerning….. found live maggots on the home made cookies!!!!!

The staff is very friendly but the self dog wash area isn't so great. The shampoo and conditioner provided is heavily watered down (upgraded products are great not watered down, but of course you pay more), gate latch doesn't work, you have to use your dog collar, the towel provided smells funny. The location on 41 across from coastland mall is the best location. The location on 41 has shampoo and conditioner that isn't watered down, latch works great, I don't have to use my dog collar, and towels are clean.

The store manager Yili was amazing !!She was super helpful and gave me good tips and free samples , the staff was also really friendly and nice. I highly Recommend this store for the best customer experience, so if you are looking for a good pet store to visit , trust me this is the place.
