It was fine, I don't own a dog only dog sit. My cousin's Chihuahua became sick & I needed her in disposable diapers for a few days. They had exactly what I needed.

Love our Puppy Shih Tzu, Yoshi! Amanda was great help. Just be sure you want to pay a lot. Because once you hold and play with these cuties it's impossible to say no.

My partner and I visited Petland 8/21 night looking for our new addition. Cindy and her manager were so sweet and helpful in assisting us, helping us look at a few different pups and having to switch and clean the rooms each time they had no problem and were happy to have us there. We found a beautiful female Shiba Inu at 11 weeks old. The staff at Petland was great at explaining all of the paperwork and assisting us through this process. Thank you Petland !!!

This location was very clean, all the staff was very friendly and the puppies all seemed well and happy. Emily was absolutely amazing! She really helped us out, gave us lots of information on different breeds and helped us find the perfect new family member! If it wasn’t for Emily taking the time to make things work for us we wouldn’t have a perfect new puppy! Thank you again Emily (and store manager) for making this perfect for us!

Petland Naples.
Researched and decided on Miniature Aussie/American Shepherd.
Searched for him and found him at Petland Naples.
After several visits, we brought him home on 6/10/24.
Petland Naples was above par ! Zak, Hanny and Stephanie were amazing.
All were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and really wanted to serve the customers. We felt like family the minute we walked in the door.
We worked with Hanny and the owner for a few days to negotiate a price. We are very happy with the price with everything that comes with him.
Wife named him Rocky.
Walks/looks like a raccoon and Rocky Road Ice Cream.

Amazing store!! I was greeted by the store manager Ozzy, which I thought was the owner.Extremely professional and well mannered.Store was immaculate. He took his time to make sure all my needs were met.Definitely will recommend Petland to all my friends and family.

A place where they sell you sick dogs. According to them, they guarantee the health of the dogs, but once they are delivered to you, they make you call Pet Solution, an agency dedicated to dealing with all these cases. You call and have to wait another day for them to answer. They do not want to take care of the costs for the sick animal that they gave me that is supposed to have a guarantee, and from the next day they were notified that the dog is sick. They contacted me to fill out some missing documents and asked how everything went. There were many irregularities with the supervisor and for this reason he was fired. It's been a little over a month since the dog was purchased and they still haven't paid me the money spent that they were supposed to respond to, they were supposed to pay all the veterinary expenses and only pay a part of it now. That remains to be seen since I have not received anything so far. I don't recommend them at all. I have evidence of everything and the same vet blames Petland for why my dog is still sick.

Don’t buy puppies here. They buy from puppy mills and sell sick puppies. If your puppy is sick they trade them, they have no care or concern about any sick puppies!
