Jackie was absolutely phenomenal!! I can in to exchange a bag of kitten food that had defects and she let me get an exchange. I was so nervous coming in because I didn't have a receipt, but she didn't even bat an eye. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness! Perfect representation for PetSmart.

I took my Cavalier King Charles in for bathing only and they shaved all of his ears completely off. Even my vet said they never seen this before. I am a VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!
