I made a appointment for my dog at 10 am I called them at 1;30 to see if my dog was ready he was only getting shots when they answered she said dogs that are having surgery goes 1st I asked why didn't you tell me this my poor baby who is not use to being in a cage was in there from 10 am till 1:30 my dog was very thirsty and was panting when I told her to get my dog that I wanted him she went in to talk to the vet came back and said we can take him in 16 minutes I told her just give me my dog this was a horrible experience for me and my baby he was so scared and was shaking then they wanted to charge me 300.00for shots that is unheard of

Good location near the Interstate. The store is clean and well organized. Vet and grooming services are offered on-site. Plenty of parking, including handicap.

Jordan, the pet trainer is really awesome. He has many years of experience with dog training & we have gone through all of the courses they offer here. The grooming staff is amazing as well, very patient with the dogs, and very friendly. Always good experience all around at this location!

This store does not open at 8:00 am as indicated in their website and in Google and Maps. What a massive waste of time to visit a closed store get some urgent products. You can do better, PetSmart - fix your communication; I will not be back.

I buy cat food litter here. The only place I've found the litter I use and always a great selection of Science Diet cat food. Dog grooming available.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. The store manager DOES NOT CARE about your dogs well being or safety. She also does not care about the employee's safety either. She has expected her employees to work in dangerous conditions, jeopardizing their lives as well as the dogs lives in the salon. There is no fully functional air conditioning or ventilation, OSHA, health department, peta, news and state representatives have been contacted several times by staff and clients but she can care less. All she cares about is "who's trying to get her and make her look bad." Great kind of person to have in charge of a building, in control of MANY lives. There are MANY surrounding places to bring your pets that are much safer and have you and your pets best interest as priority. Over ten employees have left since she took over the store and she's still there!!!! There are many PetSmarts that care about the best interest in EVERYONE but in Southwest Florida, that does NOT exist. Because the store manager nastily brushed the employees and pet parents off, evidence was brought to the attention of the district manager, regional manager, hr, associate relations, CEO, every associate support possible but ignored. Mental/ emotional abuse and retaliation by the store manager was enabled and allowed by the district manager. Included are pictures of the conditions. Windows are white because of how hot/humid it was, floors are soaked with condensation, ceilings leaking, staff and pups suffering from many health issues as a result of the terrible conditions.

Shopping for the gang is easy at Petsmart, they have a good variety of pet food and supplies. If you sign up, you can also get discounts. Petsmart offers a variety of quality pet foods, at prices the grocery store can't match. In addition, I can always find something that my two fussy yorkies will enjoy. Finding a 40 pound bag of dog food can be a challenge, but my two large dogs can demolish a bag of food in a hurry. Petsmart still offers quality, large size bags. In a store like Petsmart, shopping monthly is a convenient and easy way to stock up. The store has decent parking and good access from the main road. If there are more than a few people, they have all the registers going. Finding a clerk can sometimes be difficult, but it depends on when you shop. I have not used the grooming service that is available at this store, so I can't speak for that. The store itself is a good place to stock up on items for your pets.
