The receptionist at the Bayfront Salon leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. Rather than a warm and welcoming smile, I was met with a cold and scrutinizing stare upon arrival. This unpleasant demeanor extended to my children, ages 7 and 8, who also received unfriendly looks. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and makes for a very uncomfortable experience. If it weren't for the excellent service provided by my hairstylist, I would have no reason to return to this establishment.

You do not even deserve one star to have a women on her birthday get to you pine ridge salon and no one show s up yet they tell her she is getting special treatment and no one even provided service. She is so kind and you business is defunct and I have no problem spreathe word.It was her birthday along with in cancer treatment, she is not a complainer and this is ridiculous please contact me directly or I can call directly

Derenda gave me an awesome new style! I was thrilled as it was the first haircut I’ve had after 5 months of quarantine. I felt very safe there - everyone wears masks and you wait outside til Derenda comes to walk you back. I highly recommend her - she’s super fun to chat with too!

I placed my trust in Derenda and she didn't let me down! My hair is very fine and dry and she worked wonders with the color, texture, and style.
