Jennifer and Julianne were awesome!! E.R. Was awesome!!! Was admitted to a floor, the rest of the stay was horrible!!! I was told i needed surgery, surgeon came in and said i didn't!! I had to decide or I had to be released. Horrible! Only saving grace was Sheila on 3rd floor!! She made me feel like I was being heard and cared about. The rest 3rd floor, NO!!!!!!!! Going to NCH!

My father received the worst care in american healthcare. This establishment should be shutdown. He is currently in critical care at University of Miami due the negligence is this hospital. STAY AWAY!
