In Naples for Memorial Day Weekend. Visited this location on a Friday morning. Lauren was awesome!!! She greeted us with a warm and welcome TGIF! She went above and beyond to answer our question. PS: Yili was even better! ;)

The owner and his assistant jeweler provided excellent customer service in testing a gold necklace that we purchased elsewhere. They both helped us and provided verification that we requested.
