The women's bathroom is Always a disgusting mess!! Please do something about this!!!! I have pictures and can post???5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐ FOR THE STAFF.. THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE A WHILE ARE GREAT AND FRIENDLY?NEWBIES NOT SURE YET ??

5 stars for the gym and the staff, 2 stars for the corporate management. I like your gym, however I do not like the way you automatically withdraw from my checking account and also require my credit card information. I do not like how you will not accept prepayment of cash for a year. I understand you are doing this for financial reasons. Many reasons of which I will not list them all. I opened a separate checking account with minimum funds so if something happens to me you cannot continue Auto withdrawal. I have used a virtual credit card number that I can change so that you cannot continue to charge fees if I am in the hospital or dead. After all this trouble I find that before I can use the gym, I must download your app and allow you to follow me everywhere I go and allow you to take my personal information and use it as you wish and share it with a third party, because of this I downloaded your app on an old tablet that only works with your Wi-Fi signal. It saddens me to imagine all the people that are to busy to read the fine print in your agreement. I would guess that 90% of your customers have no idea that an electronic signature is good enough to open the account but not good enough to close the account. It has been my experience in the several businesses I have owned in my lifetime that if you have good honest intentions, you do not need to use these kinds of tactics to make a profit. The staff in the gym are terrific. The equipment is new. The gym is not crowded, I would imagine because some people actually read the fine print. The reason I am in your gym is because of the location. I understand by being able to show endless continuous income, your income statement looks terrific. I realize your corporate management makes these types of decisions, and I imagine they're paid very well for this. Personally, I barely made it through high School. When I started my own business, I had no business knowledge or experience whatsoever. However, I treated my customers the way I would want to be treated and within 5 years I went from a net worth of 0 to a net worth of 3 million. But I'm sure you're highly educated corporate managers know better than I. So, continue to make your bottom line look terrific with your endless stream of income from your customers checking accounts. I believe in the long run you will have so many negative reviews because of your auto withdrawal and not allowing the customers to end their membership unless they show up in person that you will slowly go out of business. When this happens, I am sure your highly educated corporate managers will find an excuse for their failure without blaming themselves. If I remember correctly in the enrollment process on the internet I selected no promotional emails, text or phone calls. Obviously either you've ignored it, or it did not process correctly. Could you please make this adjustment, so I am not bothered by you in the future. If a real live human reads this, thank you in advance for removing me from future promotions of any kind.

Great and inexpensive place to work out. Machines are relatively new and work perfectly. Plenty of free weights. Clean environment. Friendly staff. You can get the 999 per month membership which is limited to that one club or for 20 bucks you can go anywhere in the country that Planet Fitness has a store. The best bang for your buck by far.

Insanely road older ladies at the front desk. Attitude’s for no reason. One of the employees had their daughters there taking up space first in the hydro massage area, then they moved into a tanning room, with a live rabbit referred to as her “fur grand baby” which is not only unsanitary but just insane. Me and my wife (both black card members) came here to shower and charge our phones. We sat in the black card area which is nothing but a couch in a storage hallway. And the two ladies constantly walked past us as if we were in the wrong or breaking a rule… seemed more like they didn’t want two black people to be enjoying their black card membership. Awful experience. As someone who travels the country and goes to planet fitness everywhere, this is by far the worst experience

BEWARE WHEN GETTING A MEMBERSHIP.They will easily take your money online, but what they don't tell you is that if you choose to cancel your membership you can't just request so!I moved out of state and when I called to cancel my membership (a lot of their bathrooms/showers and machines are very dirty, which brought me to stop going overall) they told me I had to come in to the "home location" OR mail a written letter requesting it to be cancelled, and until I did so, my card would continue to get charged!The manager simply stated "it's on your contract!" (Which is surprising considering they were not ashamed to write that during the year of 2023)I'm currently on month 3 of unwanted charges soooo if you still have time, save yourself!

Yes !!! They just got updated on some new equipment and did some maintenance on existing equipment.My home gym, love coming here. Amazing staff, welcoming and friendly.
