Horrible environment. A gym should be a welcoming place, but the attitude here made it feel uninviting. I wouldn't recommend this location unless they improve their staff training and customer service."

Is not the first time that I come to this gym in the morning and is closed, the stuff is usually late to open the door. The website shows open but is not, sometimes there are more than 10 people waiting outside to be open and there is never a sign in the door with any notice about not opening or change in the schedule. It’s a shame because I enjoy working out here, the place is very clean and organized.

I've been to at least a hundred different Planet fitness locations in the 8 years I've been going to Planet fitness. By far this is the worst one. Some of the staff is great but the few staff members that they do have that are not very good at the job really make for an unpleasant experience. Like aggressively getting everyone out of the gym 45 minutes before closing time just because you want the place cleared out so you can clean it and be out of there right at 10:00, when closing time is 10:00 not 9:15.

The freedom Square center in Naples, FL has too many broken machines, many of us have complained for 6 to 10 months. Any equipment is still not repaired. Other than that planet fitness is a great place

The place is good and the machines are in good condition. The bad thing is that it is always busy and there are few machines to complete a routine.

The staff is friendly and the place is always kept very clean. Due to the low cost of the monthly fee, it is not understandable why these children of generation Z rate with a single star for some minor situation. Surely they will then run out and cry with their mothers!!

Overall I enjoy my experience at this gym and will continue working out here.
Half the paper towel dispensers and half the cable machines have been broken for longer than necessary.
There is a front desk girl who always sits on the counter with her back facing the front door, deeply on her phone, and it always makes for a distasteful welcome. I’ve let these minor things slide, but my experience tonight is what made me finally write this review.
I came to do some tanning and red light therapy, only for the front desk guy not know how to turn them on. He speaks Hatian Creole only and I used my translator so we could understand each other. After him trying to get the machine to work twice (I had to unclothe and put all my clothes back on twice), I finally stepped in and handled the screen from his side. I figured out how to operate it, but it was too late because the system doesn’t let you tan twice in 24 hours. Which is understandable, except I never got my first session. It was about 25 minutes of wasted time and energy to not even receive what I came in specifically for. It was a really frustrating experience, and the guy working is doing his best. You can just tell he’s severely undertrained.

Harrison welcomed me to the gym as a guest and made sure I knew where everything was. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. It saved me from running outside in the heat and humidity!

*Tried to join this morning but, in order to join you now have to give them a bank account info and routing number. They will not take any card as payment without your bank info. Beware, this company wants access to all of your money Which can be difficult if you decide to cancel your membership later on.

The gym is fine, cleanliness is good, but the girls in customer service on the front desk staff are very bad, one of the worst I've ever seen, I don't think I've ever felt like that before! ... they serve you as if you were asking them and not as if you were paying the membership... I don't understand why they look for a job like that, if they don't like serving the public.

CAUTION ⚠️ Do NOT I repeat do NOT ever sign up for a membership with Planet Fitness. I had the WORST experience ever dealing with this company, they are extremely UNORGANIZED. I at first loved the low cost and anytime use of the gym but then I came to find out they’re ⚠️SCAMMERS⚠️. I had dealt with Planet Fitness not only billing me once a month but TWICE every month (including twice for their annual fee) so of course I became extremely fed up with them taking over $60 a month for the black card membership therefore I went in and signed an electronic form to cancel my membership on 08-10-2024 and instead of cancelling my membership they put it in pending to be canceled so they can continue to take money from me although I DONT GO THERE ANYMORE. Mind you after I canceled my membership on the 10th they proceeded to bill me on 8/26/2024 which I called them and they advised me that it was for that month since it was halfway through when i canceled which I then understood and was okay with that because I was under the impression they were not going to bill me ever again for a gym I no longer attended, well how wrong was I, this morning I get a call from their Billing department trying to collect payment and update my payment information, luckily my bank was helpful enough to block their charges last month when i called on the 26th when they decided to bill me AFTER i canceled my membership. THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH. The ONLY good thing I have to say is that Justice at the GG Pkwy location is extremely sweet understanding and helpful she’s the only person who told me the truth about my membership never being truly canceled after i had gone through all the required steps to cancel it.
ANOTHER NOTE: I was fraudulently charged roughly 10-15 times after “canceling” resulting in non sufficient funds charges multiple times as I only keep enough money in this account for pending charges. PLANET FITNESS WONT EVEN CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES As I made multiple attempts over the past 12mo to cancel my membership

Love the hours and that all the equipment works. Reason for 3 stars: this is the first PF on the East side of the country I've been to, where NO ONE wipes the machines after themselves. So disgusting people!
