Horrible customer service experience at this Prosource Naples location. Patrick, a young, immature service counter representative, actually went out of his way to deliver a zero service standard. He used profanity and went as far as to call me dishonest to my face, while a so-called manager sat in silence. Please have your contractors take their business elsewhere.
Jonny is the one employee that I’ve dealt with in this place that deserves recognition and should run as fast as he can to another establishment for work. I’m sure he could make more money in an environment where he is appreciated and where customers are treated with respect. Five stars for Jonny: ZERO stars for the rest of this business.
Attached is a photo of a 32oz container of $85 TEC bronze grout and how it was delivered to me.

Incredibly disappointed in their follow up service. We ordered over 40K in kitchen cabinets. We were a few missing parts. We are waiting OVER 3 MONTHS for A FEW PARTS and all we get is the run around from JASON saying that he is short on staff. They took are money and did not deliver what they were paid for. How many phone calls does it take???
