Lacey just made my day a million times better! Unforeseen circumstances made for a quick need for additional storage and it could not have gone better. Lacey was kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
She took care of everything and it worked out better than I ever expected. Zero stress.

I recently upgraded to a larger storage unit and came in contact with a new employee. Lacey went above and beyond her job description to help me. Had problems getting the upgrade transferred over and she stayed on top of it for 2 days until it was corrected. Also Lacey was very pleasant and polite and very easy to get along with. If you're interested in renting one of these units call and contact Lacey she'll hook you up. Great experience all around!

Was shopping around monthly rates at local storage places and although I chose a different storage based on proximity to my current apartment, Stephanie and Lacey were amazing with communication and follow up, so I would definitely recommend them to others:-)

The best storage experience ever. I’ve tried the rest and this facility is the best! Shannon is amazing, super patient and super helpful. Her payment reminders are always genuine and respectful and she’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of the storage guidelines and online mechanisms.
