Manager misled me, controlled environment unit infested with rats. Manager even admitted it. A complete liability that jeopardizes the health of all of their customers knowingly. No refunds just apologies. Standards need to be withheld across locations. An absolute shame, i had to cancel my unit due to feces littered throughout my goods, some items ruined. And was not refunded….. picture below shows what was left after cleaning and the game boards that were chewed up

I was with Darius this morning I was trying to get my stuff to they storage unit because I cant keep in my car for longest time he did help me out get storage to protect my stuff . and nice guy talk people takecare the customer. Again I am very happy for the service.

My wife and I rented here for about 2 years and we got behind about a month play decided to auction our things off. Every place else I've ever rented a storage unit at they give you three months. I know what did it it was the things inside the unit. My father had passed and left me his business along with everything he owned, also everything that was left from my mother's death was also in side along with my fathers roommate that had just died the year before. I was told by a previous employer that they have a storage unit of the street at the airport for units that they bid on auctioning and that they wind up taking over. The employer said they weren't supposed to bid on these auction units. She made it sound like mine was one that they there interested in. It's is by far the worst storage place I have ever encountered here in Naples FL. I wouldn't use them for things I want stolen they will screw you.I plan on slandering them and the company every chance I get WORST!!!!
