They scammed me with a Bait and Switch. Do not use this company, however if you must make sure you see the storage unit in person first! Do not pay them until you see the actual storage unit as they could care less about their clients needs and safety as they assign the worst units via phone or web. There is not one responsible person I was able to get resolution, truly the worst company I have dealt with in Naples.

Terrible. The elevator hasn’t worked in 6 months with no sign of being fixed. None of the lights near my unit work. And they’ve had a fire protection system failure for over 6 months with no resolution. On top of all that, when the city lowered tax rates, Public Storage sent an email saying something to the effect of “good news, with the tax reduction we are saving money. Therefore, we are raising your rate by x%.” What a joke! Don’t trust this company!

The good experience was Donnie kindly helping me with a couple of heavy items and declined payment for his help. The bad experience was the lack of air conditioning in the building where our storage was (bldg. C).

Assistant Manger Mr.Donnie is a SUPER GREAT help here at the 7325 Davis blvd Public Storage , Storage Unit are Nice and Clean from the inside and out unit to the restroom here at this location. I Would highly suggest to rent at this public storage location here at 7325 Davis Blvd.

Had an issue with my unit and the regional manager, Jeremy worked with me to get a different unit more suitable for my needs and went above my expectations to accommodate me. Good location and easy access in snd out. They have large pull charts always available inside each building which is very helpful.

We arrived to get our belongings out of a 2nd floor storage and found the elevator was broken. We are both elderly with multiple health issues and are unable to carry the bins down the stairs. We spoke to the site manager, Donny, who informed us they were waiting for parts.
He then went above and beyond to help us, getting a hand truck and loading it up with 5 large storage bins and lowering it down the stairs, 1 step at a time. That was no easy feat!
He was compassionate and wanted to insure that neither one of us got hurt. He went 1 step further and assisted us in finding the same size storage unit on the 1st floor. He never once complained and went out of his way to help us with several other paperwork issues. He is a real asset to your company! ?

Do Not Rent here! Place got shut down due to failing fire code inspections, couldn’t access my unit for over a week. Rent advertised is 35% of what you will be paying in less than 1 year. It will then triple over the next couple years and then go up 33% per year. They offered me a $25 credit after I couldn’t access my unit due to their negligence when it cost me thousands.

Zero stars ! Do yourself the favor and DONT TRUST this facility with your items. It’s been a week since I have NO ACCESS to my belongings. Outside gate is disabled and manager and office won’t answer calls. They can’t even let you know when they will be open again. I have stuff in there I have been needing and I can’t even have access to. To make things worse, I get an email saying they will be RAISING MY RATE next month $70 extra.

Property is closed since last week and I can’t into my storage unit. Manager does not return my calls. Previous week the elevator was not working. So I couldn’t get my stuff out then. Not happy with this storage facility and you won’t be either.

I rented with Public Storage this week. The customer service reps, Donnie and Vicki, were very friendly and the care they provided was excellent. They were patient with my questions and the space I rented was clean and ready for move in. Thank you for all your help Donnie & Vicki!

donnie at PS naples davis was so helpful today as my friend as having car issues with her car not starting inside PS driveway...he offered assistance, phone, jumper cables anything to help get the car away from building...finally car started and away we went...thx to Donnie...
