The pharmacist Elise has the kindest heart. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly right for me and my family. Publix should be proud to have her as a part of the team.

I've been using this pharmacy for years now, 14 years if I'm not mistaken. The head pharmacist behind the counter has changed over the years, which is always disappointing, but the current pharmacist is great. I don't understand why Elise has the reviews that she does, she's always friendly and personable with me - and she always has been - even when she's swamped and busy. Maybe she's always nice to me because I've never thrown a tantrum like a 5 y/o and have always been understanding that I'm not the only person she needs to fill prescriptions for. Working in the customer service industry isn't easy. I've seen people raise their voices, get an attitude and straight up yell at Elise... and each time she's maintained her composure and remained a professional. She has far more patience with people than I do.

I love this store and the employees except for the pharmacist Elise. She is rude, short and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I feel like I’m interrupting her day when I pick up my prescriptions. I feel like I’m going to my mother-in-law’s house every month. It’s gotten to the point where I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere, that’s how bad she is and I work to hard in my life to be treated that way.

TerribleMy husband had a scratch on his eye that his doctor called in. I went to pick up and was told 40 minutes till they would fill. There was no one in front of me. Was treated so rudely and will never go there again.

Love this Publix. They became like family after the hurricane. Genuinely professional, courteous, and always go above and beyond in helping. All of them greet you and make your experience there positive. I give them 100 stars. My favorite Publix by far in Naples or Bonita. There's an elderly lady named Martha there that just go go goes in her job and always has a smile on her face.

This is the cleanest store in Naples. It's well stocked, fresh and beautiful vegetables. They have a great choice of products. The staff is friendly and polite. The flowers are so healthy, beautiful and wonderfully displayed. The food, wine, meats, deli... are also absolutely beautifully displayed. The product selections are good of quality. The cooked food is delicious.
