Where is the zero star option?
The pharmacy here is terrible. Their automated messages and systems are unreliable because nobody does their job. I suggest calling multiple times before you get your prescription. Also, be prepared to be questioned and judged about your prescriptions as if they are upset with you for doing business with them. Unless you enjoy feeling like an inconvenience, I would recommend changing pharmacies altogether to somewhere that cares. Publix, do better, hire better, treat people right.

Andie is the absolute worst. Everyone else at the counter is always helpful with positive attitude and will work to help you…Wait for the next one… Andie has a serious attitude problem and doesn’t want to do anything out of her way.

Not a good Publix Sub sandwiches on rock hard rolls. Well before closing time. $10 each and I can't even enjoy what I purchased. Waste of money.

Naples/5971 PineRidge Road Store-(*****) Five Star-Thankfully NO AUTO CHECKOUTS that make this my family's FIRST CHOICE. Plus help is very professional looking and helpful. Well stocked, neat, clean. Congrats to management and staff thru-out for creating and maintaining a well run store. Keep up the good work. (Personally I have walked out of many stores of all types when I get to the register and lines are long and only option is Auto Checkouts. I don't return, and go elsewhere where the customer still matters.)

My favorite grocery store, and I've been to all of them in Naples. It's clean and fresh. Workers are very friendly and helpful. My best part is the sushi always fresh and delicious.
