Pretty clean, quiet and organized store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable overall with the occasional poorly English speaking zombie in the deli area.

Very sad to have my two young children having to learn that some people are just not kind. We were standing at the bakery yesterday for a fair amount of time to buy some goodies. There were two bakery associates working,neither of them was willing to come over to assist. They looked in our direction and turned their head. I left with two sad but wiser kids. I hope they got their satisfaction by ignoring two kids who stood quietly and respectfully in line. And even when not getting served,made no fuss,just left quietly.

I am a regular shopper at Publix, good organic products in general, there is a lack of staff in the meat and sausage area at Publix in the Santa Barbara area, Naples, it takes a long time to buy and they do not use the shift tickets and there are people who are not trained by the same. That's my comment, I hope they resolve it quickly.

Good clean Publix proud to call this my home base Publix ??
I try hard not to cheat on my Publix and be true to her but she is expensive and it hurts. Your convenience and chicken tender subs keep me at your mercy.
To the sprinkle cookie I shall always be faithful.

Where should I begin...First things first, it is next to impossible to feed a family of 4 and shop at Publix who GAUGES the customer. I'm not ashamed saying I go to the dollar store for snacks because that's all some families can afford

The deli at this location is poorly managed and way understaffed. The point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready to pickup and not having to wait in line. The food is never ready on time. The staff continue to just make sandwiches and pay no attention to the hot food counter. When will management read all the reviews which seem to be the same complaints, and do something about it!

I had an amazing customer service experience at thjs location. I was having issues with finding a particular drink for my deli order and the cashier was very helpful getting it sorted.
