Xuan Lan in the deli made our day! We are from florida but have since moved to a state that has no Publix so we were so excited to grab a lub sub for the first time in years! She’s so friendly & talkative & she made our morning! We publix!

Hello everyone, we wanted to share an extraordinary encounter my family (my daughter and 2 granddaughters) had at the Naples Publix during our visit from Boston, we met an exceptional, kind and sweet young man named Princeton and told us he has autism. Princeton showed remarkable talent and dedication in his work, expertly unloading our cart, bagging groceries, even helping us out to our car and did such an amazing job. Princeton gave us a sweet kindness card with warmth and enthusiasm, movies (told us he was going to see Inside Out 2 and encouraged us to go watch it), summer plans (told us his friend Matthew is coming down from UF and has a cool project called Thai Beaches), shared with us his favorite school memories (8th-grade art class and club, spelling bee and being in the drumline) and his 26th birthday. Princeton is an impressive young man with many talents and super sweet to my granddaughters as well (14 and 10). He told us he loves getting together with people and children to make kindness cards and everyone should make cards with him, kindness is so important and you learn a lot from Princeton. Everyone needs to shower this young man with praise and amazing gifts, he definitely deserves it. I can truly say with my deepest regards, he is the most kindest and sweetest person we have ever met and the best hard worker Publix should be proud to have, and Princeton is the best and favorite part about our trip to Florida and made our trip unforgettable with his incredible generosity and kindness at Publix. His parents, brother, friends, relatives, churchgoers, employees and managers, other customers, teachers, classmates including his art class and drumline, Instagram friends (told us he was looking forward to his chat with Ellivia) and everyone else that knows this incredible young man should be proud of him and have the best privilege to be able to know the kindest young man and we need more people like Princeton in the world, everyone needs to give him a shoutout and praise him for a job well done. We are not on social media much, but anyone that has social media needs to follow this amazing young man to experience kindness and positivity at firsthand. He also posts daily words. He is truly a shining star!

Did a quick stop because this isn't my regular Publix I need to prepare couple burgers, weren't enough in the area but the guys were really nice and prepare more for us yes! Thus is Publix real customer service Thank you

I love Publix where shopping is a pleasure but what is wrong with this location !!!!
1hr to make a sub that I order online and the audacity of telling me there’s no mayo at a grocery store ???????????
No one was at the sub area to begin with , I had to wait 10-15mint for someone to come up while a group of workers were at the lunch area talking loud watching us wait and wait for someone to come up and help us .
Sooo rude !!!!
