I’m still trying to understand with Publix is that you say NO PETS ALLOWED but you let pets wander through your store. The last 4 times I have been at Publix I have seen employees and managers walk by people with there pets in the store that are not service animals. Why do you have the signs up if you’re not going to enforce it. I took a pic of this guy and his dog by the no pets sign. Ummmmmm Heeeeellllooooo!!!!!!

One of the worst Publix in Naples. Always packed and out of stock on items. The Deli never gets my order right and how they slice and package the cheese and meat blows my mind. Can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move to an area that has a better Publix.

Beautiful store, miserable deli experience.
Came after work for dinner. While the man was making my 2 subs I asked if they could refill the cheddar broccoli soup... the lady with fluorescent green nails interrupted "No we don't have anymore soup"
At 6om?
One kettle was completely empty, 2 were almost crusty and dried out on the bottom and the other was low. I totally understand if it was later at night and they are trying to clean up to go home. But 6pm?
I tried to fill the smallest size cup but there wasn't enough to do so.
No manager in site or I would have inquired.
