Literally waited in deli line for 20mins 1 customer in front of me, while 3 staff just chit chatting ! Worst serves ever !

This review should be a ZERO, one star is too much. Ordered subs online at 3:45, it said to pickup at 4:30 i feel like over a half hour is a lomg time to make a sub. I was there at 4:31. Sub was not made. There was no line of people waiting on subs to be made. Only 3 people laughing while chit-chatting behind the counter. Cieria who made my sub was rude, and ignored me when i asked them to cut the one half of the sub in half again. (Probably for the fact i broke up the conversation because i asked about my sandwich.) After it was made, i got back home to an improperly made sub, no oil and vinegar, missing toppings, toppings on it i didn't order etc. Definately one of the worst experiences i have ever had at publix. This store lost a customer! Pretty bad when i can say competing DISCOUMT BIG BOX STORE'S customer service is a delight to deal with over this grocery store. . . . . .MANAGEMENT needs to GET TO WORK at this location!

Large supermarket that has practically everything. Love the locally grown produce section and the selection in all of the aisles. Friendly, helpful staff. Very pleasant shopping experience.

I would bet money the hot case sales at this store are very low. I stood at the hot case for several minutes with employees walking past and no one even acknowledged my presence. Finally someone came over and took / gave me my order, straight faced and silent the entire time. They did a good job making me feel like I was bothering them by getting something.

Always clean, well stocked, and their BOGOs are great. It’s no Seed to Table but an excellent Publix to shop at and I’m happy they are so close.
