Publix always makes the best chicken tender subs !! Their Deli is fast and efficient. There employees are helpful and friendly. Nice place to shop !!!

I used to love publix. I will not be shopping there again. I was told that something i have done everytime I go there is impossible this time. Fish dept. Horrible customer service.

I moved to Naples 2 years ago and since then, I’ve been going to this Publix. Fiona is an amazing cashier that has always made my day better with his positive attitude and knows where everything is, I love the old fashion design of this Publix. She is better suited for costumer service with her smile and great attitude she is an great addition to your team

I love Publix, I love and respect all locations, each department is on point, I did a little test for myself ... It was to check different food and check their expiration date, things like Milk, cheese, pastas and some desserts. Every item was good. The aisles at Publix are always clutter free and clean, the shelves are fully stocked and organized, Customer Service desk always has a smiling person upfront, which is great bcas they are the first person you see when you enter the store. Employees are professional and knowledgeable, you can ask a question and either they know the answer BUT if they don't they will not stop till they have an answer for you. Thank you Publix !!!

Disgusting and disappointing experience at Publix. Tried to complain to the store manager, he was not available. Scales in the deli never cleaned full of deli meat and cheese scraps. Broken deli bags, customer service rolls their eyes when you ask for something. Unprofessional and dirty store. This one at the Strand in Naples on immokalee road next to I- 75.
