I have been waiting 5 days for a test kit they are out of . How can they be out of an essential kit and still so don’t have it ? You can’t find status and no way to speak to anyone without an appointment They don’t return phone calls .

Not enough staff for the amount of patients they serve and standby list is a nightmare, if you don t have an appointment, don’t waste your time, you might wait from 6:30 to 1pm still not get any assistance.

I have blood draws every 3 months- i am always delighted when MaryAnn is my phlebotomist as she never hurts me, gets the vein always 1st try and makes me feel at ease.

Off season. Easy to schedule an appointment. I scheduled mine in advance tho.check in is a breeze. I did it from my car. I was called about 7 min after entering the building. Staff professional and good phlebotomist (I am a hard stick). Got my results 48 hours later! All around good experience today!

Valerie drew my blood and I normally have difficulty with the nurse finding my vein on the first try. I let Valerie know and got it on the first try with ease. She is very good!!!

The waiting room was packed, and I thought the process would be horrible. However, it was not! A continuously running video showed who had appointments and who didn’t and where everyone was in line for service. The phlebotomist was friendly and patient, and overall, it was a pleasure to work with. The facility was well-organized and clean, and the process was seamless!
