Terrible service, better to go to a meat market. But I showered them with kindness so it worked out. But many people sick in waiting room they don't want you to wait out side on bench.

Not organized, very poor communications, impossible to get an appointment on line. No hours of operation posted on line for locations.

Was able to schedule a 6:20 am appointment the day before my blood draw. The facility is clean and located near many residential communities. The check in procedure was quick and intuitive. My appointment was started on time and the staff member doing the blood draw was excellent.

Two appointments and both times they couldn't access my paperwork faxed from my doctor as requested by Quest. They need tech support. What a waste of time.

This office has the most unhelpful and lazy employees I've ever seen in health care. Absolutely aimless group of people in the lobby being delegated by rude little phlebotomist. A handful of people here with 30 minutes to close and no hopes for an appointment, even if they already paid for their service. I was told to make an appointment for tomorrow after waiting an hour and a half. Never again.

DO NOT go to Quest! They lost my blood-work for over 10 days days before they gave me or my doctor the results. They promised on their site 24 to 48 hour turnaround; I paid over $800 out of pocket and they cannot tell me where it was; then they gave me a bogus report. This company is not trustworthy and I would not trust any diagnosis from them.

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE. I went to Quest Diagnostic on the morning of 7/31/2023 for retesting of some bloodwork.I want to first disclose, I have never had to pay for any bloodwork through my insurance that I have had for over 10 years. When I gave the technician my order from my doctor she entered in the different tests and said that I would owe them $110. I was in shock. I said this isn't right because I've never had to pay anything before. She said she didn't know, that was what the computer was telling her. I decided to leave the appointment and call my insurance company. They confirmed I wouldn't have to make any payment for bloodwork. When I went back to get my blood drawn after the call to the insurance company, I got the same technician. I explained that I confirmed with my insurance company that I had no payment with my plan. She, again, said there would be a $110 fee. I expressed that there must be someone else I could talk to in the office. She resisted, at first, and then brought another woman in who said that the $110 was an estimate of what was going to be my charge if the tests were not 100% covered by insurance. I told her that wasn't going to happen, but did they need the credit card information just in case. She said they don't charge the card unless the insurance doesn't cover everything once they submit it for payment. She also stated that supplying a credit card was just optional. None of these things were explained by the original technician. It seemed very shady and deceptive that I had to question so many times to get all the information. My concern is that people are being fraudulently told to make a payment to Quest Diagnostic up front while on the back end Quest Diagnostic is also getting paid the full amount by the insurance companies.

Lazy lowlifes refused to look up a doctor's account info and refused to do the blood test even though I had the paperwork with me. They said because he did not put his address on the papers, it was not legal. Total BS.

If I could rate a 0 I would! This particular Quest is the most DISCOMBOBULATED ONE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!I’ve tried 4 times now thinking the next one would be better and boy IT’s worse than before! There slow..The technicians are completely RUDE!You can’t understand them and some can’t speak English and need a translator! The wait time is unheard of even with a scheduled appointment. The waiting room is so bad people have to stand or walk outside.Plan on waiting 2 plus hours and plan on being totally frustrated or listen to people’s reviews and go to another location. After waiting 2.5 hours they still couldn’t find my orders which I had a Vender order number for . This wasn’t just me but two other people who went through the same thing.Someone needs to address this location and they need qualified professionals with nicer personalities to work there .

I had an appointment already scheduled and their check in machine said I didn’t have an appointment and I had a confirmation number and confirmation email. When a tech came out I told her and she ignored me. There were too many people there and some seemed to have the same problem and they left. So did I. I’m going back to parkshore I never had. Problem there

Great service but place is EXTREMELY BUSY. Make sure you make an appointment, otherwise as a walk-in you will probably wait about an hour.

Nicest quest location. Yes i had to book my appt a week or so in advance but I believe it's common knowledge that quests are always very busy. The waiting room was clean and the checkin process was easy with it being all electronic. Scanning in your drivers license and insurance card is easy. I arrived 20 mins before my appt because I know quest locations are always busy. I was taken back at the time of my appointment and the gentleman who drew my blood was friendly and efficient. I was done in less than 10 minutes. There was a woman in the waiting room who was upset that she was on a standby list and had already waited an hour and a half from what she was saying. But I made an appointment online and was taken at the exact time of my appointment.

Took me a month to get appointment for lab work. Had to take time off work, upon arrival, 20 people checked in with appointments and ten people on wait list. Finally, called back and when I told them that all my life you can only get blood from veins in my hands, they insisted that they use my arm. When that failed, they refused to take my blood, as they don't have small needles! A lab this big and isn't prepared shouldn't be in business! This is the second time this year this has happened to me, but the first time they just used a big needle in my hand!
