I did my blood tests since mid-October and I still haven't received my results. The only good thing about it is the treatment of some of its workers and that you can arrive without an appointment. The rest is terrible... two months waiting for the results. of ONE important blood test and on which my state of health depends and still nothing... I do not recommend it

Was able to schedule a 6:20 am appointment the day before my blood draw. The facility is clean and located near many residential communities. The check in procedure was quick and intuitive. My appointment was started on time and the staff member doing the blood draw was excellent.

Two appointments and both times they couldn't access my paperwork faxed from my doctor as requested by Quest. They need tech support. What a waste of time.

This office has the most unhelpful and lazy employees I've ever seen in health care. Absolutely aimless group of people in the lobby being delegated by rude little phlebotomist. A handful of people here with 30 minutes to close and no hopes for an appointment, even if they already paid for their service. I was told to make an appointment for tomorrow after waiting an hour and a half. Never again.

I dropped off specimens for lab work and somehow it disappeared. It was a very disorganized place. Now I have to get new scripts from the dr.

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE. I went to Quest Diagnostic on the morning of 7/31/2023 for retesting of some bloodwork.I want to first disclose, I have never had to pay for any bloodwork through my insurance that I have had for over 10 years. When I gave the technician my order from my doctor she entered in the different tests and said that I would owe them $110. I was in shock. I said this isn't right because I've never had to pay anything before. She said she didn't know, that was what the computer was telling her. I decided to leave the appointment and call my insurance company. They confirmed I wouldn't have to make any payment for bloodwork. When I went back to get my blood drawn after the call to the insurance company, I got the same technician. I explained that I confirmed with my insurance company that I had no payment with my plan. She, again, said there would be a $110 fee. I expressed that there must be someone else I could talk to in the office. She resisted, at first, and then brought another woman in who said that the $110 was an estimate of what was going to be my charge if the tests were not 100% covered by insurance. I told her that wasn't going to happen, but did they need the credit card information just in case. She said they don't charge the card unless the insurance doesn't cover everything once they submit it for payment. She also stated that supplying a credit card was just optional. None of these things were explained by the original technician. It seemed very shady and deceptive that I had to question so many times to get all the information. My concern is that people are being fraudulently told to make a payment to Quest Diagnostic up front while on the back end Quest Diagnostic is also getting paid the full amount by the insurance companies.

The only good thing was the same day appointment. I was poked twice in one arm and three times in the other before they could draw any blood. (I am a water drinker and have never had this issue before) the lady would wipe my arm with the sanitize wipes that I understand but it also stings and right away tried again. She called in someone else that was able to draw blood.

Nicest quest location. Yes i had to book my appt a week or so in advance but I believe it's common knowledge that quests are always very busy. The waiting room was clean and the checkin process was easy with it being all electronic. Scanning in your drivers license and insurance card is easy. I arrived 20 mins before my appt because I know quest locations are always busy. I was taken back at the time of my appointment and the gentleman who drew my blood was friendly and efficient. I was done in less than 10 minutes. There was a woman in the waiting room who was upset that she was on a standby list and had already waited an hour and a half from what she was saying. But I made an appointment online and was taken at the exact time of my appointment.

Took me a month to get appointment for lab work. Had to take time off work, upon arrival, 20 people checked in with appointments and ten people on wait list. Finally, called back and when I told them that all my life you can only get blood from veins in my hands, they insisted that they use my arm. When that failed, they refused to take my blood, as they don't have small needles! A lab this big and isn't prepared shouldn't be in business! This is the second time this year this has happened to me, but the first time they just used a big needle in my hand!

Lazy and rude employees! No online appointments available, I come as a walk in, there's not one other person waiting and they still will not take me. Hours say they close at 10 AM on Saturdays, yet they are locking their door at 9:30 lined up to go home. Employee in main area sat on her phone texting the whole time.

STAY AWAY! Went as a walk in said it would be a very long wait. Went to their touch pad to make an appointment for the next day and told by the employee they don't reservations. So I ask if I came in before 8am could I be a walk Was told that would be OK. Walk in at 7:40 am and told by the employee at their morning meeting they were told not to accept walk ins. Ask employee to talk to a supervisor that I've been in two days in a row. Came back and said yes they will put on the walk in list. I have to say they took me in about 30 minutes later. Had blood drawn and went to my car and blood was all over my arm dripping onto my clothing. They took me in right away and cleaned me up and reapplied a bandage and told me to keep pressure on it. I'm 73 years old and had way to many blood test and never has this ever happen to me. Now hours later and my arm has a stinging feeling and a dark blue mark where the blood was drawn
