Both your online appointment system and the system available in the lobby (in lieu of a receptionist) reported there was no availability for a blood test on the day of my, when, in fact, you had lab technicians available with virtually no patients inside. Fortunately, one of the technicians came out to the lobby and took me inside.

I have no idea why the reviews of this Quest are so low. Everything was so quick and painless. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did it in one second and I did not feel a thing. No wait time as I had an appointment. I also went on a Saturday which was very convenient as usually Quests are closed on Saturdays. Everything looked very clean. They had all my information, including my scripts. It was very quick and painless and honestly, I would rate it 6 stars if it let me. Do not let the reviews deter you.

Quest is always fast and easy if you have an appointment. Never go without one. Staff is friendly and professional.

The lab at Health Park is a joke. They claim they don't have the scripts from my doctor every time I go there. I then have them faxed while I wait, they claim it wasn't received. The people who work there are like automaton. Ask them to walk a few steps to a fax or take a specimen drop-off & it's like asking them to climb Everest. Zero patient service. Just indifference. I guess that's what comes of socialized medicine. Take a number, sit down & shut up.

Check in process was easy and quick. I got there 1/2 hour before close as a walk-in, and they were able to accommodate me. Staff was very friendly and professional.
