I always schedule my appointment.
I arrived 10 minutes earlier and the check in is super simple. Just clicked on the text I received and that's all. I was called in 3 minutes.
In 15 minutes I was out.

I don't recommend coming for any lab work here. It doesn't matter, if you have an Appointment or a Walk-In. YOU WILL WAIT UNTIL WHENEVER THE STAFF FEEL LIKE TAKING YOU IN. I SPOKEN WITH STAFF HOW LONG IT GOING TO TAKE? STAFF SAID "ABOUT 20 MINUTES WAIT, AND PEOPLE WITH APPOINTMENT ARE PRIORITY #1". I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT I BEEN ***WAITING FOR 5 HOURS.

Quest is conveniently located and provides service quickly upon scheduling. Their system cuts wait times that are common in similar health care offices. Staff was polite and quick to meet me after check-in.
