Brought my daughter Alison's car in for oil change tire rotation, John the service advisor at quick lane was very personable and helpful. Our car was done as promised very quickly.. John even made sure that our car was clean!

Deeply disappointed with quick lane I’ve take all my cars here for years but idk what has happened with this place but it’s gone downhill. They give you a price before starting and at check out it’s completely different. They have fees they don’t tell you about until you see the receipt and ask about it. I feel pretty cheated. I even talk to the manager to tell him I feel cheated and he didn’t even want to listen as to why I felt that way. He just wanted to point out why the bill came out so high. Those coupons don’t really save you much with all them fees they don’t tell you about. Safe to say the lost my business. What a shame since I really use to like this place.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this service because I was extremely disappointed. When I initially spoke with Jarrett, I was recommended an oil package that had all the works but that the cost would be less. He said that on my account I had some sort of discount oil change package and because I was getting synthetic oil, that I would not be paying the full price but almost $140 less. I trusted his word and made the decision to move forward based on that information. When I arrived for pickup I was informed that such discount was canceled somehow. After reviewing his computer, the information that he had was for someone else. His lack of attention was now my problem. His mistake had now become my problem. He spoke to his manager who gave me a $40 discount on an almost $380 service when I was told I would be paying about $230. Mind you I had a $40 discount card that I had forgotten to bring. I placed my trust in them based on the information they provided. They did not communicate with me prior to my arrival regarding the error, nor did they ever offer an apology or acknowledge of their mistake. Additionally, their attempt to rectify the situation was pointless, especially since I had a discount coupon, and if I had used it, it would have provided same discount they offered. I left feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

I am deeply disappointed in the Quicklane of Tamiami Ford. I’ve been coming to this place for years, and never once have I had an issue.
After a routine maintenance of my F150, the service workers left my truck lights on, draining my battery entirely. As if it isn’t expensive enough for the routine maintenance. This place seriously dropped the ball this time around.

Oil change and change spark plugs. One of the plugs was cracked so I took it back and they dealt with it no hassle. This place is efficient and set up to do things quickly. I recommend inServices: Tires
