I just want to take a moment to recognize the lady working the register name May. She is an outstanding individual. Her attention to detail, reliability, and positive attitude make a huge difference to the this store. She is very consistent with her pleasantries and kindness.

I have been coming here for a while now to get my cigs and gas. Lately the service has been so much better. My interactions with the new girl May has been super , she is always smiling and always in a good mood. Seems like some good hires are being made good job.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I work by the gas station, when I always show up; Mary always excels in her customer service consistency with everyone including me! She always making me & others feel welcomed & always has a great attitude especially with her fellow employees!

Mostly for the arrogance and the rudeness of the manager. I normally don't bother to leave negative reviews but in this case the manager said to tell corporate he doesn't care. I was there October 25 2024 about 8:22 in the evening. First I talked to the employee about how old and disgusting the hot dogs look. The employee went and got the manager. The manager was hyper defensive. He said that his district supervisor was just here approving of it. And I said there is no way. A continue to tell me that if it doesn't if I don't like it you can just complain to the district supervisor. And then he said if you don't like it you can get out of the store. He was so angry 💢 he could have said you're right and just put on some hot dogs after cleaning the disgusting rollers. Really I don't recommend this place because of how rude the manager was. It seems like anger is part of their culture. So sad. I will be adding the hot dog picture as soon as it gives me the option to. Look in the pictures of RaceTrac. Race track remedies the situation I will take this down but until I take this down it will stand as a true example of what's wrong with that location.

Just left here and had about 20 items I set down at the register and the cashiers looked at me and said “oh you can move that over to self check out”. While they did nothing and I moved and rang my own stuff up. I asked if they could just help me ring and bag my stuff and they ignored me.. Don’t they get paid by the hour? I guess it’s to just stand there. What is this world coming to? Come on Racetrack. 2nd bad experience I’ve had lately with this place.

Just came in late night after my shift and greeted the gentleman with hello how are you, no response and then when I put out $100 he rudely said that they don’t take that. I asked if he was having a bad day. Very poor customer service And I love this race track. I think the guy needs some rest.

The heavy set lady with glasses was extremely rude and short to me today. I have always been nice to her but for some reason today she had a huge attitude. Please retrain her on how to treat the public
