Just came in late night after my shift and greeted the gentleman with hello how are you, no response and then when I put out $100 he rudely said that they don’t take that. I asked if he was having a bad day. Very poor customer service And I love this race track. I think the guy needs some rest.

The heavy set lady with glasses was extremely rude and short to me today. I have always been nice to her but for some reason today she had a huge attitude. Please retrain her on how to treat the public

Came to this location to get change for my $50 bill she refused to give me change. So then I told her okay I’d like to purchase two lotto tickets. Once I requested to purchase to two tickets she insisted she wouldn’t sell them to me because she didn’t want to accept my payment. She then proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t provide me service. I did tell her she was going to get a bad review & I’d contact the owner of this location. If you don’t want to work stay home & don’t come to work!

Race Trac is actually a nice convenience store/gas station. Compared to most convenient stores I've been to they've all been kept very clean and you can understand the employees that are working. Go figure. That's a whole new concept

People around here like Race Trac gas prices. You can get a Race Trac card for earning points. Use them in the store or at the pump. I did have a small problem with the shut off valve. It dribbled some gasoline on the concrete. I did not fill out a conplaint bc I was in a hurry to get to the next errand.

These stores offer a great variety of snacks, drinks, and coffees, etc. My issue with them is how slow their pumps are. Unfortunately it is common at various RaceTracs in the area. Not sure if fuel filters are clogged or what the issue is.

I want to communicate that the saleswoman who served me is incompetent, she treated me very badly and told me that she doesn't sell me a box of cigarettes because she doesn't want to, I showed her my ID AND SIMPLY didn't feel like selling me a box of cigarettes

I made a stop here to top off my gas and use the bathroom which was very nice the store is large and people seem to love the ice cream self serve section

DONt GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I literally go to this place almost everyday and the staff knows me very well. I recently had my wallet stolen therefore could not show ID for alcoholic beverages. They told me there was nothing they could do about it the girl saw me there just yesterday morning. As I’m walking out the door there are several Hispanic construction workers buying beer and they did not ask for their IDs. This is discrimination and will be reported to local authorities. I took a video of the cashier and the girl who she was “training” and the trainee rudely tells me and I’m in training so it’s a no. If you’re in “training” you want to act like the boss. They sold me alcohol yesterday no issues so maybe they should be a little more consistent with training their new hires this behavior does not show your new employees the proper way to do the job the proper way… That’s all. Reporting to authorities this afternoon with my video footage and discrimination
