Place had no coffee no hot food prices are high and it truly made me feel that the workers don't care it was filthy dirty what a disfavor to the racetrack gas station brand

Pump 8 hasn't worked for deisel for awhile told a guy twice now he said oh it works for gas well then pit a bag on the deisel handle is what I told him! He just looked away and dismissed me... by the way it was same guy twice!!

“While visiting Naples, my friends and I were excited to grab some Swirl ice cream, especially since Google showed this place as the only one open. When we arrived, we noticed a small sign that said, ‘Please ask an associate to wake up the machine.’ However, to our disappointment, the employee on duty, with a terrible attitude and lack of customer service, flatly said the machine was closed. It’s frustrating to deal with such rude service—especially after making the drive for what turned out to be a disappointing experience. Thanks for nothing, Racetrack!” Never again!!

I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS as it is by my house. I am currently trying to get in touch with corporate in regards to my encounter with a very rude employee as I was purchasing a simple case of water… I am not a complainer in the nearest, but my encounter with this person was completely unwarranted. That being said, if you hate the work you do, you probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Your staff is rude and most have little to no training, which is obvious. Your lottery should never be shut off before it shuts itself off.

I live by this racetrac and let me tell you, there is never any consistency. Your employees are rude, you never have enough to cash out lottery tickets under 500$. And your lottery should NOT be shut off before it shuts itself off. Kensel clearly hasn't been trained correctly and needs to reel it in a bit. And when I tried to explain, not ARGUE Keith waved me off. Does anyone know how to be professional anymore? Whether you work at a gas station or run a fortune 500 company, conduct yourself like you have some sense. Your employees are a representation of your business.

Perfect directions. Pizza was cold and according to label was 1 1/2 hours old. I couldn’t eat it all. Disappointing, I love Race Trac.

Went out of my way to go to a racetrac just to find out the store is closed inside. 30 mins out of my way and the worker just nods its closed. No sign.
