It takes a long time to get through the car wash ~ 45 minutes just for a basic full service car wash. They do a nice job but be prepared to wait a while.

I bring my Tundra to this car wash often because it is the best in Naples.They spend quality time finishing your vehicle after it comes out of the tunnel. It's obvious they care about your satisfaction.The owner is very friendly and courteous, and he's always ready to answer any questions you might have.The last owners were good, but these guys are great.Keep up the good work. Just wasted my time. They didn't vaccine well throughout my car. They didn't wipe down the interior, and the car wash left brown streaks down the side of my car. When i left, i spoke to the manager, and she said she would refund me, and im still waiting. Dont waste your time or money.

Most definitely the BEST CAR WASH I have ever seen anywhere. It was more like a detailing than a car wash, but the cost was $26. There was no waxing done, just machine wash, dry and interior cleaning. The amount of detail these men and women put into their work would normally cost over $100. Every inch of our car was spotless, inside and out. When I got into the car I thought it look like I just bought it. However, one small problem. It took 40 minutes to complete. Everyone sitting waiting for their vehicle was grumbling about the time. I will go back and try it one again, but they need to speed up the time without compromising their fantastic work. It's obvious they need more help.

This car wash is so close to my house and apart from the spectacular massage chair, the service from the receptionist is excellent but the work of those who clean the car is tremendous rubbish. I have noticed that the good comments are from owners of more modern and expensive cars. I imagine that's where the problem lies. Z, they only give good service to expensive cars because they surely think they will tip you better hahaha
