They correct mistakes, such as resolving a charge error for pick-up and delivery related to defective tires. However, some communication afterward can be a bumpy ride. One customer noted horrible communication and being blamed for paperwork delays, though management later owned and addressed the situation. Excellent Customer Service! First Service on our Horizon 4F, picked up on a Friday evening added a light kit and a boom box! Excellent Work, Timely and I thought reasonable. Can't say enough about their Customer Service!
