“My family has lived in Fiddler's year-round for 10+ years. The community is impeccably maintained, quiet, peaceful, safe, and the people are mostly friendly and respectful to each other. The downsides: There is only one fitness facility, one main pool, and a few tennis courts. The Fiddler's owner needs to keep his word and build another fitness facility given the volume of people that come to Fiddler's during the busy season.”

“The Rigsby Team is amazing. My wife and I contacted Spencer on short notice to view a listing she had in Twin Eagles development in Naples. Upon arrival, Spencer had arranged for us to see six listings that exactly matched what we were looking for. Ironically, the first listing Spencer set up we made an offer on that day. As to the buying process, the knowledge of the Rigsby Team on pricing was just amazing. They suggested an opening offer lower than I thought possible. Sure enough, that day, we met in the middle of the selling price which was actually lower than what we thought would be our original opening offer. There was no push to buy their listing. Instead, it was true professionalism to serve their client's interest. Navigation through the buying process was equally as impressive. The Rigsby's were in constant communication day, night and on weekends to ensure everything went smoothly from contract signing, arrangements with title company, excellent home inspector and arranging for all repairs needed following the home inspection. The Rigsby Team also coordinated all efforts to inform and to join the Twin Eagles Golf Club. As this was a second house, the Rigsby Team went the extra mile providing information on vendors to service the house and a home watch service.
