A couples of years ago I used to come here and be treated like a literal queen from being asked if I wanted something to drink to massages without asking fast forward to Monday I paid 55 for a pedicure that’s they added and xtra 25 for getting a French and then they charged me 60 for my nails and charged me 4 dollars for using my card which they did not advise me on for a grand total of 144.20 and today my nails look like this

Great & quick service. Ran in to get a pedicure and was out within an hour.The massage chair was my favorite. I felt so relaxed getting a great pedicure. ?She knew exactly what my toes needed without me asking!Definitely be back! ☺️

The vibe in here was terrible. The "manager" or whoever, rushes all the girls to get customers in and out. There's no time to properly prepare the nail beds. I came in because of the Monday - Thursday deal of $50 mani/pedi. I was charged $30 extra for gel. I paid anyhow and besides the fact that they cut me multiple times, used alcohol instead of acetone to "remove" the gel I previously had, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. My manicure didn't even last me 24 hours. This place is low quality and overpriced.

This is the worst business I ever done business with they make appointments for you you go there and nobody is there to do your nails I’ve had problem in the past with them and gave them another chance but now I know why everybody says do not go here. Well, this was the last chance me . Horrible horrible service don’t waste your time come here.

I am a Naples resident. I had my nails done but my nails broke/chipped after a couple days and they didn’t get my entire nail bed so it looks like I need them filled already. So I went in for a repair. I believe it was the manager/owner that repaired my nails (I originally had a female nail tech.) felt like he was talking about me in his native language. Very unfriendly!!!! He was rude and argumentative the entire time when I told him that my nails typically last 2 weeks without this happening. Never apologized once for my inconvenience and to make me a returning customer. When I asked him to please get the entire nail bed so it doesn’t look like I need a fill, he completely ignored me! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor customer service!!!

Terrible experience here. I came in for an acrylic removal and manicure. The tech took 30 minutes to remove 6 acrylic nails and she continued to burn me with the tool. She was going SO fast and couldn’t understand a word I was saying. She cut my cuticles open to the point they were bleeding. She then put some powder on it to stop the bleeding which caused my whole finger to turn orange. I ended up leaving in the middle of the appointment. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family.Service: Manicure

Such a great place for all your personal pampering. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely be going back. And the prices are reasonable and explained to you.

Got charged $20 extra to remove my gel polish from my toes I was told about this after it was done already, usually there is about a $5 charge for this at other salons. Got a brand new acrylic set done that started to lift and polish to peal off within days. Over priced and acrylic nails only lasted me 8 days. Save your time and money.Services: Acrylic nails

We are new to the Naples area and after looking up reviews my mom, sister and I decided to try out Regal Nails. They were welcoming and friendly. They aim to please and go above and beyond for what you want. If you aren’t satisfied, they insist on making it right. The place is clean and modern with fabulous massage chairs. Went in for a pedicure and my lady was awesome! But when u go for a pedi and if u get gel polish they want to charge 20 extra for the polish. So I brought my own in and the owner still wanna charge me 20. That is ridiculous when ur paying for the service already!!!! Shame on ya that’s called being greedy!!! They totally lost two customers my husband and myself!

I was from out of town and needed fills done. I don’t think they like people from out of town. Not real friendly. Did a horrible job on my nails. Didn’t fill anything, just filed them down and put clear polish over. Said I had aEnough white showing. Unbelievable. I have never had such poor service. Felt like I was bothering her by coming in. Will never return even if I do come back to Naples.

I have been going to this location for years for a Pedicure every six weeks. Mai and Jamie are both wonderful owners and I always feel good when I leave after getting my toe nails clipped. The establishment is always clean and Mai always takes her time . I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Pedicure and I have lived in Naples over 30 years.
