Moved here in Nov. Daughter & SOl THAT are long time Naples residents suggested Regions Vineyards to us. Why? O&A meaning "Over and Above" extra friendly professional prompt service. They were correct. Susana was very helpful setting up several accounts all went smoothly. On future visits while going to the front tellers, she always waves with a friendly smile. I went to set up a Credit Card which I did not do before here. Susana was off, but Samantha greeted me with a big friendly smile and we set it up promptly with no issuesShe even called me a few days later to tell me it was approved.It is so nice in these days of huge businesses that have a lot of impersonal front end people to go to a place where you are welcome and helped IMMEDIATELY***** Kudos to the Manager here as well as top management for finding, hiring, training and MOTIVATING the 100% .great staff based on all I have met so far. I will get more names but for now only have the 2 previously mentioned plus JoAnne who is top notch in my book.It is a pleasure to do business with all of you.Carl

(O&A). ***** (A)( over and above) service by Susana, Samantha. and each and every cashier I that have come in contact.with. They make you feel right at home while still being very orofessional. Also like to recognize the guy at the outside teller window. The tube was brand new to me and that day I had severe gout in my left hand and could not even button my shirt, or open the tube. I came inside and he showed me how easy it was, and did not make fun of me. Went and got the gout fixed but not the embarrassing moments. Thank you ***** Five star to the entire crew and management of the Regions Vineyard Branch My favorite motto for at work or home "If you are not having fun, you are doing it wrong"

Fees are $18.00 for a monthly checking account even if you have money in business accounts substantially over their limits. They will not work with you online and you must go into an office to change your accounts. There are many banks that pay interest on business accounts where they do not pay any. There are more customer friendly banks to use than Regions Bank. IMHO.

I never had a problem with regions. I always thought that it was a good Bank. Now 3 weeks ago someone hacked my account and now my account has been closed since the 12th of April. Now ìts may 4th and my account is still locked. I can't get any money or pay my bills. This Is unacceptable to hold money and tomorrow my pay check will be directly deposited into my account

always good service from all associates of your bank who identify me by first name and i deal with many banks in naples who do not identify me at all

This review is about Regions mortgage only and Cynthia Valenti, that is completely INCOMPETENT and she is Vice President so that kinda tells about whole operations.She damaged my credit score by speaking informations that were completely incorrect and pursue me into adding hard inquiry to my score because she is incompetent or she needed to reach some goal that month.Do not use this bussiness for anything unless you want to waste your time and damage your credit score.

I'm giving this bank a 3 only because the drive thru service is excellent and we've never had a problem. Drive thru is fast and efficient. However, I went into the bank to get some paperwork notarized which is a free service. Because the document also required 2 witnesses, they would not do it. There were plenty of employees standing around that could have been a witness with no interruption of service to other customers. This really upset me that they would not so such a simple thing after we have banked there for a very long time. Another thing was the customer service woman did not have a mask on while she was talking to me. I had a mask on so she should have at least asked before walking up to my face if I preferred she wore a mask. I am very upset that they didn't provide this free service to me and then I had to go pay to have it done elsewhere. And I don't like employees I don't know ending their conversation with "my love" I'm sure it was just her culture but not professional. Overall, if you just use the drive thru bank there, if you tend to need other services, go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional, women are just gossiping the manager shes absolutely very unprofessional. I wonder why people work on this company never last it's only for desperate people who want experience. Never do business for corporate management by African American.
