Worst experience ever. Literally waited 20 minutes in drive thru just to simply cash and deposit. Usually, deposit clears still waiting for the deposit to hit. Pine Ridge branch is much more helpful

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been with regions for about 16yrs and this branch is the most incompetent bank I have ever set foot in. No exaggeration over the past 6 years Everytime I have stepped foot in this branch they have messed up every single transaction. They messed up my business account opening, the opening of my daughters account, couldn't even properly give me a cashier's check, they have added my grandmas contact info as mine, they added my grandma on my account in error, and this past Friday they put my cash deposit in a strangers account and the ATM is always broken

I’ve been with Regions for 10 years. I would go to this branch off of Tarpon Bay to do my business and over the years, the professionalism and competency has dwindled. Now, I have to deal with new employees who don’t know what they’re doing. Just now, I left the bank (off of Tarpon Bay) in annoyance because I needed to remedy a money order transaction (which I got from Regions Bank a week ago!)The first thing out of the woman’s mouth was, “oh this [money order] is not ours.” I immediately said, “Yes it is.” She didn’t review the money order carefully to see that it stated “Regions” at the top left. After explaining the situation to her more than once, she FINALLY understood the problem and fixed it which took longer than necessary. Regions needs to hire competent and diligent workers (and a new manager) at the Tarpon Bay branch moving forward. A week ago when my mother expressed interest in opening a new account, the Tarpon Bay branch manager told her she needed to schedule an appointment. I took my mother to the other branch near the Vineyards and she opened a new account without scheduling an appointment. I will be taking my business to the other Regions Bank near the Vineyards where the workers are more competent.

No wonder why the bank is empty. Just walked in for a WesternUnion pick up. Waisted whole 15 minutes. They’re so confused like they work at the gas station, not the bank.

Got kick out of the parking lot for waiting 15 mins before they open . Yet another gentleman before me said he usually waits outside reading a book. Not very friendly
