I've been taking my RX to Germain Lexus because I had a warranty. My family has used Rick for over 40 years and last week Germain wanted to charge me over double with almost twice as many labor hours for a gasket replacement. My mom said it best to Rick yesterday. you take vehicle there he checks it out and tells you what the problem is then if you want he fixes it and makes your problem go away Ben going to him over 20 years he does what he says he's going to do
