Horrible experience Purchased couch , wrong size was delivered ! Not what we picked out.They told me too bad you signed for it!!! Don’t buy there Their reputation of Robb them and stick Them is not a joke . Unprofessional at best , nasty too

Do NOT buy their mattresses!!! After 3 weeks my Firm mattress was sagging. I was sleeping on a slant and my husband was in a hole. The Kingsdown Company who makes the mattress sent out their inspector and reported that it was within their tolerance level. This is the replacement mattress that Kingsdown gave me for the same issue before. Robb and Stucky wash their hands to it so I ended up buying another mattress. This time I spent a ton of time researching and ate the cost of first one.I have bought a lot of mattresses in my lifetime and this one was horrible. BEWARE!

Robb and Stucky-Naples, has been clearly facing significant challenges in terms of customer service. My prior history was with their Scottsdale store (no longer in business), where customer service was top notch, is certainly not reflective of this store. We ordered a sectional sofa, for our home in NY, on May 27th with a DELIVERY date no later than the end of October....20 weeks. Long wait but we felt was worth it. After many phone calls for updates along the way, we are still without a delivery date. Upon arrival to Naples last week from NY, we stopped in the store and spoke with the manager. We asked him for an update as to delivery date, as we paid our $1000 delivery fee on 10/19, as requested by a sales person. He advised us that the sectional would be arriving at THEIR store in Naples on November 30th! Once it arrives, they contact the shipping company for delivery, which can take several weeks! Not sure how this went to a 28 plus week delivery! When I advised him of the history of our transaction, he said he would call the manufacturer and get back with us. This was 3 days ago. Still no update. Despite my attempt to seek assistance and address my concerns, the manager has displayed a lack of responsiveness and attentiveness towards resolving the issue at hand. Additionally, he was unapologetic, unfriendly and unprofessional. Since when does a customer have to take the initiative to introduce themselves and reach out to shake someone's hand?!? His lack of customer service is disappointing and does not meet the standards expected from a managerial position. Shame on the leaders at Robb & Stucky!!! Time to invest in some training for your sales manager and educate him as to the fact that the customers fund his paycheck!

Jessica Schneider is a fantastic marketer for the store and its reputation!! She makes sure we (Realtors) are in the know of her stores events and keeps them top of mind!Leslie Gentry at Naples Robb and Stucky was fantastic- she was so helpful in finding the matching pieces to what I selected that weren’t on the floor-At delivery Lou Murph was a true professional- he called prior to arrival- took the utmost care in handling the outgoing and the incoming and was most kind and polite- a TRUE GEM!!!The room isn’t complete but we are on our way with great baseline of quality furniture!

My wife and I purchased living room furniture which was delivered January 2023. Two recliners (electric) were part of the order. The recliners sampled in the Robb & Stuckey's Naples store were leather, my wife and the designer selected "ultra suede" fabric instead of leather. I specifically asked if changing the fabric from leather to ultra suede would change the comfort-softness of the recliners and was assured that the 2 recliners would be even more comfortable and softer than the leather sample. Our order arrived end of January 2023 and duri the next 2 weeks my wife and I tried using the recliners which were hard, not soft and are very uncomfortable. We notified the designer who had worked with us. She assured us the problem would be resolved but unfortunately Robb & Stucky didn't care enough about us to send a representative of the company who manufactured the recliners to inspect them instead they sent two different men who each told us the uncomfortable recliners were recliners and the uncomfortable recliners were our problem. I'm certainly sorry that I assumed Robb & Stucky was a reliable company. I'll caution anyone who asks me about my experience and dissatisfaction with Robb & Stucky's Naples Fl.

Wow. How horrible is this company! They have zero customer service - Stan and Leslie were the least helpful and appreciative sales people we've ever worked with. We spend about 100k on furniture with the company. We asked them to include a set of sheets that were on one of the beds... it turned into a nightmare. The Ann Gish sheets were delivered, the were basically rice paper so we didn't even take them out of the package. We tried to return them only to be told they were $2500 sheets. WHAT?! The management and sales team proceeded to tell us that sheets could not be returned under any circumstances. Lazy Leslie didn't say a word about that, or the price when we bought them and Selfish Stan backed her up as her manager - instead of making the customer happy after a 100k purchase. The price would be fine if they were great sheets, but they were JUNK. Leslie did nothing for the commission - our designer and my wife picked out everything and basically gave her a list. She ordered everything and did zero work for her commission - the least she could have done is warned us that their bedding sucked and was overpriced - and non-returnable. The only thing we can say good about the company is the delivery guys - they were fantastic, polite and super helpful. Sorry Robb and SUCKY.... no stars for you!!!! Go to Clive Daniel or ANY other furniture store.

We ordered all of our furniture from Robb and Stucky. Two chairs that we ordered had custom fabric. The model chair in their showroom for these two chairs swiveled 360 degrees which is what we wanted. When we received these custom chairs they only swivel 90 degrees. We asked Robb and Stucky to replace the base on these two chairs, and they said the 360 degree swivel is no longer available. No offer to replace the chairs, they just said what we ordered is no longer available. Once the sale is made, Robb and Stucky is not at all cooperative and very customer unfriendly! Would never buy anything from them again!!!!

Purchased a substantial amount of furniture and fixtures in November.A few issues with the items received to date:Incorrect area rug delivered, correct rug not delivered to date.Incomplete items delivered, missing parts/pieces, again nothing delivered to date.Ceiling fans delivered without the proper extensions. Upon follow up,”the extensions are extra”. The “designer” didn’t take the time to measure and order correctly.Purchased a “one of a kind” dinning room table. The table required a base, which had to be ordered, was told would deliver the table with the base. Base was delivered, however no table. Contacted our “designer”, she will follow up. Couple days later called, as hadn’t heard back, and was told the table was sold to someone else! This was over two (2) months after the original signed contract. Amazing a company would treat a customer that way.Other issues, missing estimated delivery of remaining items and lack of communication.Based on our experience with the dinning room table, one can assume contracted items are going elsewhere to appease other customers.Have since purchased furniture elsewhere and had a much better experience.
