My husband and I walked into the dealership today to look at a Cullinan. My husband wanted to order one for the new year. He has been researching them for months and while on vacation we wanted to get one ordered to keep at our home in Florida. The salesman looked up from his desk a few times while we looked at the floor model. But busied himself with paperwork. No one even came to say hello. Not a single greeting or to say they would be with us soon. Nothing! After 20 minutes we left. I am reminded of the scene from Pretty Woman…” you work on commission right??? Big mistake …Huge! “ There was a cash paying customer in your showroom today and no one even said “Hello”. “ Big Mistake..Huge!” We will go back to Michigan and get an order placed to ship to Naples. Shame on you…terrible customer service!!! I guess some customers tolerate being ignored…we do not.
